The actor André Burgère was especially in the 30's a regular guest in French movie productions.

To his well-known movies of the 30's belong "Révolte dans la prison" (30), "Le procés de Mary Dugan" (30), "Le père célibataire" (31), "Le masque qui tombe" (33), "Le vertige" (36), "Le tigre du Bengale" (38) and "Nord-Atlantique" (39).

His film career came to an end with the outbreak of World War II. After the war he only appeared in the movie "Inspecteur Sergil" (47), after that he retired from the film business.
