Die Schauspielerin Charlotte Stevens kam bereits als 12-jährige erstmals mit dem Film in Kontakt, als sie die Rolle der Helen in "Your Girl And Mine: A Wuman Suffrage Play" (14). Eine weitere Kinderrolle folgte in "The Millionaire Baby" (15) in der Rolle von Gwendolyn.

In den 20er Jahren konnte sie auch als Erwachsene in zahlreichen Stummfilmen mitwirken, dazu gehören "Choose Your Weapons" (22) mit Bobby Vernon, "Mine to Keep" (23) mit Bryant Washburn, "Ride 'Em Cowboy" (24) mit Bobby Vernon, "The Tornado" mit House Peters, "The Mirage" (24) mit Florence Vidor und Clive Brook, "The Merry Cavalier" (26) mit Richard Talmadge, "The Enchanted Island" (27) mit Henry B. Walthall, "Mother" (27) mit William Bakewell, "The Coward" (27) mit Warner Baxter und "Thunder Riders" (28) von Regisseur William Wyler.

Mit dem Aufkommen des Tonfilms endete ihre filmische Laufbahn.
