. The actor Alfred Beierle was a successful theater actor and lecturer when he entered the film business at the end of the 10's. To his first movies belong "Die tolle Heirat von Lalo" (18) and "Die Wette um eine Seele" (18). In the 20's followed movies like "Der Totenvogel" (21), "Der Sieg der Jugend" (27) and "Der Bund der Drei" (29). He saw his busiest time for the film business at the beginning of the 30's, where he took part in about 15 movies within two years. To his well-known productions of that time belong "Der Schuss im Tonfilmatelier" (30), "Das Flötenkonzert von Sans-souci" (30), "Der Hauptmann von Köpenick" (31), "Yorck" (31), "Bobby geht los" (31), "Mensch ohne Namen" (32), "Der weisse Dämon" (32) and "Der Sieger" (32). His film activities dropped of from 1933 and he only took part in few more movies like "Ein Mädchen mit Prokura" (34) and "Unter heissem Himmel" (36). The expressive actor played after the war in only two movies called "Wozzeck" (47) and "0 Uhr 15, Zimmer 9" (50). Alfred Beierle was not only busy with acting but also owned a little
disk company with the name "Die Neue Truppe".
