The actor Otto Glaser was first active at the theater before he apppeared in his first movie in 1931 with "Stürmisch die Nacht" (31).

From 1936 he impersonated support roles regularly and he acted in movies like "Der König lächelt - Paris lacht" (36), "Liebling der Matrosen" (37), "Hotel Sacher" (39), "Das Jüngste Gericht" (40), "Reisebekanntschaft" (43) and "Schrammeln" (44).

He continued his film career after the war and he took part in the productions "Zwei in einem Auto" (51), "Hochstaplerin der Liebe" (54) and "Das Mädchen vom Pfarrhof" (55).
