Hans Jungbauer

. The actor and director Hans Jungbauer began his career in the early 20s as a stage actor, then he also staged numerous plays as a director. His path led him via Königsberg and Frankfurt to Vienna and finally to Leipzig and back to Vienna. He made his film debut with "Der Fall Rainer" (42), followed by the post-war movies "Die Welt dreht sich verkehrt" (47) and "Fregola" (48). In the 50's he made his last cinematical appearances and impersonated roles in "Schatten über den Inseln" (52), "Der Fall Winslow" (55), "Diener zweier Herren" (56), "Adams Garten" (58), "Immer die Radfahrer" (58) and "Oh Du mein Österreich" (59). He also continued his career successfully at the theater after the war. |
