. The actress Rita Parsen began her career at the theater and in 1919 she was also able to launch a brief film career. Her first movie came in 1919 into being with "Ich oder Du" (19) in which she impersonated the role of Maja Löwberg. In the next two years already followed her last cinematical works, among them are the productions "Herrin ihrer Tat" (20) with Emil Mamelok, "Die Erbschaft der Inge Stanhope" (20) with Vilma von Mayburg, "Der schwarze Gast" (20) with Julius Falkenstein and Ludwig Trautmann as well as "Der gestohlene Frack" (21) with Hugo Flink. Rita Parsen was often engaged by the director Rudi Bach.
