The screenwriter Walter Supper finished an education as a singer and lawyer. After World War I he first worked as an author, two years later he entered the film business and he wrote the screenplay for several movies.

Because Walter Supper was married with a Jew and he refused to dissolve the marriage he was forbidden to work.
